Our Persons Centered Plan allows each person served to have an opportunity to meet societal expectations while Direct Support Professionals provide each individual with the necessary structure to obtain a stable and nourishing foundation.
PROFESSIONAL STAFF
Our residential staff have many years of experience working with the mental health and ID/DD population and are familiar with not only the Northern VA but also the Fairfax community.

Eligibility Requirements
Individuals with primary diagnosis of intellectual disability who may have a secondary diagnosis of mental illness
Sex & Age Group
Male and Female individuals ages eighteen years and older
